Jarem has a no-pressure conversation about your vision, your site, your budget, and your timeline, and gives you honest early feedback on what's achievable on the South Coast.
Site Assessment & Design Engagement
Jarem visits your site to assess access, orientation, soil conditions, applicable overlays, and any constraints specific to your location. If you have an architect engaged, we'll connect with them at this stage to review the design for constructability and flag anything that could affect the build programme or cost before it becomes a problem.
Detailed Quote & Approval Management
We provide a thorough, itemised quote based on the full scope of your architectural drawings. No vague provisional sums, no hidden contingencies. We also coordinate with your architect and certifier to manage the Development Application or CDC approval process with your local council, keeping things moving efficiently.
Construction — Supervised by Jarem
Build commences with Jarem personally on site coordinating our network of skilled local tradespeople. Regular progress updates are provided, and quality checks happen at every milestone. Your architect can access the site at any stage for site reviews, and any RFIs are handled quickly to keep the programme on track.
Handover & Defects Period
At practical completion, Jarem walks you and your architect through the finished home, documenting every detail. The defects period is taken seriously — any items that arise in the months following handover are addressed promptly, because your relationship with us doesn't end when the keys are handed over.
