Site Visit & Scope
Jarem visits your land or existing property to assess site conditions, access, orientation, and any constraints specific to building near the coast. From this visit we develop a clear project scope that forms the foundation of your quote.
Transparent Quote & Approval
You receive a detailed, itemised quote — no vague allowances, no surprise variations later. We work alongside your architect or designer (or can recommend trusted local professionals) and manage the council DA or CDC approval process on your behalf.
Construction — Owner Supervised
Jarem personally oversees every stage of construction, coordinating our trusted network of local tradespeople. You receive regular progress updates and are welcome on site at any time. Quality checks happen at every milestone — not just at the end.
Handover & Beyond
At completion, Jarem walks you through every detail of your new home and hands over a full documentation package. We don't disappear after handover — if anything needs attention in the months following, we're a phone call away.
